Financial Obligations for the 2011-2012 School Year
- Tuition - Tuition is payable in 11 monthly payments. Tuition is due on the 5th or 20th of the month using the FACTS Program. Tuition is due each month beginning July, 2011 through May 2012.
- Fundraising Commitment - The school must realize a net fundraising amount of $500.00 for each family. This amount can be obtained through several ways; scrip, candy sales, magazine/gift wrap sales, or additional Carnival Raffle ticket book sales exceeding the 5 books included in registration.
- Registration Fees - Due by April 19, 2011
- Family Fee $75.00 (Health and PTO Fees and Carnival Raffle (5books)
- Registration $400.00 Per child
- ABOVE FEES ARE REQUIRED TO RESERVE A SEAT FOR THE 2011-2012 SCHOOL YEAR.
- AFTER APRIL 19, 2011 WE WILL BEGIN TO FILL THE OPEN SEATS WITH NEW APPLICANTS.
- If the school office is notified of a withdrawal by June 1, 2011, $50.00 is refundable. After June 1 , the total registration fee is non-refundable.
- Volunteer Hours - Each family is required to volunteer 40 hours annually, which represents $600.00. You will be assessed at the rate of $15.00 per hour for each hour of service not completed. If you cannot or do not wish to volunteer, you have the option of paying the $600.00 at registration.
- Kindergarten Fee - $75.00 per kindergarten student in addition to the above fees due at registration.
- Seventh Grade Fee - $75.00 per seventh grade student due at registration.
- Graduation Fee - $100.00 per eighth grade student due at registration.
Annual Fee - $200.00 per student fee for computer lab, annual testing fees, ancillary student services and supplemental materials. Annual Fee is due in full by the first week of school.
